Returns – 30 Days

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

  • The container must be in the same condition as delivered
  • No significant damage, modifications, or misuse
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping or transportation costs unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to inspect the container before approving the return.


Refunds – 10 Days

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Details:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Partial refunds may be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Containers that have been altered, modified, or customized
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling
  • Requests made after the 30-day return period
